We are a very detailed basketball training program but not exclusive. We train players of all ages and across all skill level. We hold every athlete to the same expectation of being elite.
What do we mean by ELITE?
Having the committment and courage to get better every time you step in the gym. Working hard, treating people with respect, and never stop chasing your dreams.
SunRise SunSet is a safe environment for making mistakes.
We actually encourage MISTAKES!!!
Because that is how we learn.
Passion- Strong and barely controllable emotion = When you have the PASSION to want to learn something different and know that its going to be a journey, but still want to work, that's the love and PASSION you will need to push though the frustration and thrive in the chaos in training and in the game.
Confidence - the feeling long or belief that one can rely on someone or something, firm trust = When a player has confidence that player will be able with withstand the up's and down's of training and with detail. CONFIDENCE will allow the player to work on their struggles until CONFIDENCE pushes them beyond.
Skill - the ability to do something well = when a player has SKILL in their game, it allows them to be able to see what's in front of them and have the ability to do something about it. SKILL will allow players to become detailed in their movement and ball manipulation.
Hardwork - A great deal of effort or endurance = when a player believes in HARDWORK, it allows the player to excel in the players game and life. Believing in HARDWORK makes the difficult easy.
Determination - firmness of purpose, resoluteness = if a player can add determination within themselves, no matter what this play will be able to have the PASSION, CONFIDENCE, SKILL, HARDWORK AND DETERMINATION to deal with all of the frustration and disappointment within the game and training.
